Backflow Assembly Testing

Whenever a health hazard is identified within a water system, a backflow assembly is likely to be installed to mitigate the concern. These assemblies are mechanical devices that are required to be tested in order to ensure proper operation. Once water enters, we don't want it "backflowing" back into the drinking water. Our process is designed to be quick to limit customer impact and minimize the time frame that your water service is affected.

Backflow Assembly Repair

Backflow assemblies are mechanical devices that do fail from time to time. We can often repair assemblies on site and will re-test at a discounted rate. We can also provide repair estimates when parts are required to be ordered and will work with your water purveyor to request time extensions when needed.

Test Report Submittal

Upon completion of testing we will provide you with a copy of each test report and also submit the required reports to your water purveyor and/or authority having jurisdiction. It can be confusing at times when there are different requirements from multiple jurisdictions - an example would be getting your water from a special purpose district and also having separate City and County testing requirements. We figure all of this out for you and make sure you are in compliance and good to go!
